Refund policy

At JAM Wholesale, all transactions are conducted on a strict wholesale basis, and as such, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved at our sole discretion.

1. All Sales Are Final

All orders placed with JAM Wholesale are final, binding, and non-refundable. Once an order has been accepted and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


2. Return Eligibility (If Approved)

Returns are not guaranteed and are accepted only at JAM Wholesale’s sole and absolute discretion.

To be considered for a return:

  • A request must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of issue (photos/videos) may be required

Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes full acceptance of the goods.


3. Approved Returns

If a return request is approved:

  • Compensation will be issued as store credit only

  • No cash refunds will be issued unless explicitly determined by JAM Wholesale

  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance

  • Any unused credit after 60 days is forfeited without exception


4. Restocking & Fees

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees

  • Handling fees

  • Deduction for any damages or non-resalable condition

All fees are determined at JAM Wholesale’s discretion.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery


6. Shipping & Damaged Goods

All goods are shipped FOB Shipping Point, meaning:

  • Ownership and risk transfer to the Buyer once the shipment leaves our facility

  • JAM Wholesale is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier

  • We will assist with documentation if needed, but we are not liable for transit damage


7. Refunds

JAM Wholesale reserves the exclusive right to:

  • Deny any refund request

  • Offer partial store credit instead of a full credit

  • Approve exceptions on a case-by-case basis

Refunds (if ever granted) are not guaranteed under any circumstance.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from JAM Wholesale, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us

  • That unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of agreement

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of all associated costs, including legal fees and collection expenses.

  • Description of issue
